I would guess that most doctors fuck their patients with inflated bills for unnecessary procedures. That is the figurative way. However, in Thailand, things are a bit different. Simple take a look at this medical practitioner and see how his morals have been waylaid for short time pleasures pleasure with cute and smooth twinks. It happens when a whole country has its rules perverted by an unaccountable military. The men in green are good for a fuck but that is about it.
