Or should that be Cockteau? Anwway, when I saw this for the first time, I thought immediately that this gay Asian Japanese scene has a whiff of the French gay artist to it, although the quality of this sketch is rather amateurish and the setting violent. I prefer Cocteau to Cockteau.
